96720.
A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for September 30, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. The
Zoom invite will be emailed to all parties closer to the date of the pre-hearing conference.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
