Yes thank you, I will confirm that the Planning Director and Deputy Planning Director will be at the HSAC
conference on September 12th and thus unavailable for any hearings scheduled for that date.

Aloha Board of Appeals,
The hearing for the above referenced appeal is set for September 12, 2025.
I am requesting a continuance of the hearing because I will be out of the office on that date.
I am available October, November, &December, 2025.
(FYI: it is my understanding that the Planning Department will not be available on 09/12/25, and that Jean may be
asking for a continuance of the Planning appeal).
