requested a continuance in this matter, currently scheduled for September 12, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.
PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1 (c), the chairperson of the Board may postpone or
continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday,November 14, 2025, at 9:30
a.m., at the Hilo County Council Chambers, Suite 1401,25 Aupuni Street,Hilo,Hawaii
96720.
A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for September 30, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. The
Zoom invite will be emailed to all parties closer to the date of the pre-hearing conference.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
