The CoHnect Support team is aware of two issues throughout the course of this past
week: 1) Missing assignment notiflcations; and 2) Missing PCard transactions. Should you
experience either of these issues, please do not open a ticket. Stay up to date on these
issues by reading this and future CoHnect News emails.
Missing Assignment Notiflcations
Last weekend, a patch was applied to CoHnect that appears to have disrupted the
workfiows that govern notiflcations.
Description of Issue:
Notiflcations within the Bell icon, on the Notiflcations page, and to the “Things to Finish”
cards function off of the same workfiow. This workfiow appears to be randomly delivering
some notiflcations, while not delivering others. The resolution is still under investigation.
Workaround:
Go to the Worklist page and flnd all items assigned to you via the “My Tasks” option. You
can also use the search fleld provided to flnd speciflc invoices or requisitions assigned to

Missing PCard Transactions
Many are reporting PCard transactions missing from the Expense Reports. Purchasing and
DIT will have this resolved this week.
