1. Follow up on PCard Issue: Jon Arbles
a. Not the County’s issue; it is Bank of America’s issue.
b. For transactions not showing up, do not manually enter them. Wait for Bank
of America to upload the transactions.
c. Bank of America will provide an updated list, DIT will run that list, then
departments should be able to reconcile the PCard transactions properly.
d. Any concerns with PCard being declined, let Jon know.
e. Reference CoHnect News sent out by Ben McMillan on 10/13 for
additional information.
2. Fixed Asset Module: Jon Arbles
a. No date on when this will be turned on.
b. Transfers: Only send transfers if there is a high need, otherwise, hold off until
Fixed Assets goes live.
3. Purchasing Announcements: Stephanie Letro
a. 2026-02 Purchasing Announcement released (see attached if link does
not work).
b. Also available on CoHnect via Procurement > Purchase Requisitions (New) >
Self Service Procurement page.
c. Topics covered:
i. SPO Agreements – Direct Invoice or PO?
ii. PCard Use Policy
iii. New E-Bidding solicitation portal: OpenGov
d. Any questions, contact Purchasing.
4. Payroll Testing: Reid Sewake
a. Phase 2 of testing starts on Monday, 10/20.
b. Testers – Go through test scripts and update SharePoint.
c. Let Reid know if there are any questions.
5. Year-End Closing: Reid Sewake
a. Thank you to all who submitted AP and retention liabilities.
b. For the departments that haven’t done so, please submit these as soon as
possible.
6. GASB 87 & SBIA Leases: Reid Sewake
a. Due date to submit: 10/15/25
b. Info and template available in 10/1/25 CoHnect News email.
c. Reach out to Reid if there are any questions.
