"CoHnect with Us” Tuesday Talk
Below is a general summary of the “CoHnect with Us” Tuesday Talk for 10/21/25. Review
the 10/21/25 Zoom Recording to clarify any questions you may have from reading the
summary. Reach out to Jon Arbles if you have any questions pertaining to topics covered in
the “CoHnect with Us” Tuesday Talks.
1. Tuesday Talk Zoom link: Jon Arbles
a. Zoom link for upcoming Tuesday Talks will be posted on the Finance
Accounts page of the Intranet and in every CoHnect News that goes out.
b. Please share the link with any staff that may want to join the informational
meeting.
2. Multi-Factor (a.k.a. 2-step) Authentication (MFA) prompt: Jon Arbles
a. CherryRoad is looking into the issue.
b. If prompted, close your browser and then try again.
c. MFA may be an inevitability at some future date.
3. DIT CARF: Jon Arbles
a. Use the CARF process for submitting all CoHnect related permission/access
requests.
4. Requisition Approvals:
a. Handled by IT via CARFs.
5. UPDATE - Accounts Payable approval workflow: Jon Arbles
a. New approval workflow mapping: Beth Lyons working on this.
i. Each department to meet with Beth Lyons to review the workflow for
their department.
1. To prepare for this meeting, each department ought to set up
what the approval groups should be at the department
segment value.
6. REMINDER – Bell notifications still not working: Reid Sewake
a. Use Worklist.
b. Refer to 10/5 CoHnect News for how to access the Worklist.
7. Payroll: Reid Sewake
a. Part 2 testing is going on this week.
b. Payroll Testers: Be sure to complete your payroll scenarios.
c. Parallel testing on-going:
i. Full payroll cycle concurrently run in CoHnect and FRESH.
ii. Accuracy is at 94% - Gross Salary; 70% - Net Salary. Continued
testing by testers required to improve the accuracy rates.
8. REMINDER – HCM Training Schedule: Reid Sewake
a. Training is scheduled to run from 11/10/25 to 12/12/25.
