CoHnect Test Refresh for HCM Round 2 Testing
CoHnect Test was refreshed this weekend. This means your password for the test site has
also been refreshed. If you are involved in HCM testing for round 2, please be on the
lookout for an update regarding your password if you have not been informed otherwise.
CoHnect Issue: 502 Bad Gateway
As identified in the 9/17/25 edition of CoHnect News, the original web address (aka URL)
for CoHnect Financials (ERP) was changed. As of Saturday, 9/28/25, the old URL is
officially defunct and will bring up the 502 Bad Gateway message when used. The new URL
is https://iatuqy.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/. As identified in the screen snip above of the old
URL, the new URL no longer has “login-“ has part of the web address.
The IT Department, and the heads of Police IT, and Prosecuting Attorney IT, have been
notified of the issue, so please do not open help tickets if your links,
bookmarks/favorites, or your desktop shortcut no longer work, unless you need
assistance applying the optional fixes identified below.
What now?
Here are some fixes you can perform while DIT goes about replacing your CoHnect desktop
shortcuts to use the new URL:
NOTE: Choose one or all of the options below, whatever works best for you. Keep in mind,
should there be a change at some point in the future, the number of options you choose to
set up will be the number of times and places you need to correct that link.
Option 1:
Keep this email handy and use any of the links provided to the new URL,
https://iatuqy.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/, to open CoHnect.
Option 2:
Create a bookmark (Chrome) / favorite (Edge) to CoHnect in your browser or edit an
existing one.
Create a bookmark/favorite:
NOTE: Create your bookmark/favorite after you successfully login. Creating the
bookmark/favorite from the login page causes login errors.
1. If you already have a bookmark/favorite for CoHnect, delete the old
bookmark/favorite by right clicking on it and select “Delete” from the menu.
2. Click this link, https://iatuqy.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/, and log in to CoHnect.
3. Create the bookmark/favorite by clicking on the star icon at the far right of the web
address bar (see blue star as shown in the screen snip above).
4. Save the bookmark/favorite on your bookmarks/favorites bar.
5. If you want your bookmarks/favorites bar to be visible all the time, do the following:
a. In Chrome, Edge, or even Firefox, use the Ctrl+Shift+B keys on your keyboard
together to view or hide your bookmarks bar.
Edit an existing bookmark/favorite:
1. Copy this URL: https://iatuqy.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/
2. Right click the existing bookmark/favorite.
3. Select Edit from the menu.
4. Delete all the text in the field for URL.
5. Paste the copied URL into the URL field.
6. Click Save.
Option 3:
Create a shortcut on your desktop.
1. Log in to CoHnect.
2. If need be, downsize your browser window so you can see part of your computer
desktop.
3. Left click and hold on the lock icon in the web address bar in your browser, then drag
and drop it to the portion of your desktop that is viewable.
Option 4:
Pin the page to your browser icon’s right-click menu.
NOTE: This option may require several visits to the CoHnect site for it to properly appear
within the right-click menu.
1. Right click on your browser icon in your taskbar.
2. Hover your mouse pointer over Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
3. Click on the pin icon.
This works for all browsers.
