Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the County of HawaiTs Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission (PONC) in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai'i Revised Statutes, the Hawai'i County Code Section 2-215, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (amended May 2023). Public Participation: This is an in-person meeting, and the Commissioners will participate in person. Members of the public wishing to participate may either attend in person, giving oral or written testimony, or may submit written testimony prior to the meeting's commencement. To ensure timely delivery of your testimony to the Commissioners prior to the meeting, please submit written testimony no later than 12:00 noon two business days prior to the meeting, by(1) email to DonctestimonvCcD-hawaiicountv.Qov, (2) by mail to PONC Commission at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720, or(3) by fax to (808) 961-8248 attention PONC testimony. Report from the Commission's Permitted Interaction Group (PInG) that reviewed the Stewardship Grant Rubric. 3. 2026 Stewardship Grant Applications—The Commission will conduct interviews with applicants (approximately 15 minutes per applicant), followed by commissioner discussions to evaluate applications.
