APPELLANT'S AMENDED WITNESS LIST
The Appellant CLAUDIA ROHR, ("Rohr") submits her Amended Witness List
for the hearing set for November 14, 2025.
Witnesses The substance of the testimony to be given,
Claudia Rohr The Appellant will present her exhibits to support
testimony regarding (1) how the decision appealed from
violates the law; (2) how the decision appealed from is
clearly erroneous; and (3) how the decision appealed from
was arbitrary and characterized by an abuse of discretion
or clearly unwarranted exercise of discretion.
Approximate time: 45 minutes (excluding interruptions).

RESERVATONS OF CALLING AND EXAMINIING ADDITIONAL WITNESSESS
The Appellant reserves the right to examine all witnesses
called by the Director of Public Works or Landowners to
testify at the hearing, any witnesses identified in the
Director's and Landowners' witness lists, and reserves the
right to call any rebuttal witnesses.
