Discuss Instagram page being managed by Chair & Vice Chair. C. Discuss possible vendors for CSW outreach bags and supplies. D. CSW Survey for CSW: review the previous survey and see if changes should be made. E. Updates to CSW Operating Guidelines. VIII. NEW BUSINESS A. Christmas Walk Thru Parade on December 20, 2025 at the Tennis Stadium. Discussion on whether CSW should participate in this event and discussion on possible options for outreach bags or other items to be handed out at this event. B. Discussion of HSCSW/CSW 2025 Annual Report— Committee Input C. Nomination for CSW Secretary position. IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS (none) X. NEXT MEETING AGENDA ITEMS A. Next meeting: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., (in person or via zoom?) B. Please share agenda items twelve (12) days prior to next meeting date (agenda item deadline: December 5, 2025) C. Duration of meetings shall not exceed 2 hours, any items not covered on the agenda shall be continued by way of vote to the next regular meeting. XI.
