Referral for Executive Session Regarding the Selection Process <br />for the New Director of the Department of Liquor Control <br />The Commission anticipates convening an executive meeting pursuant to <br />Sections 92-4 and 92-5(a)(4) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, <br />for the purpose of consulting with the Commission's attorney on questions and <br />issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, <br />and liabilities, as it relates to the selection process for the new Director of the <br />Department of Liquor Control. <br />A 2/3 vote of the members present is necessary to hold an executive meeting, <br />pursuant to Section 92-4(a) of the Hawaii Revised Statues, as amended. <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
