mail/walk-in. To ensure timely delivery to the Commission, written testimony
must be received by 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting by:

submit separate testimony for each item. All testimony regardless of time of

1. Referral for Executive Session Regarding the Selection Process
for the New Director of the Department of Liquor Control
The Commission anticipates convening an executive meeting pursuant to
Sections 92-4 and 92-5(a)(4) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended,
for the purpose of consulting with the Commission's attorney on questions and
issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities,
and liabilities, as it relates to the selection process for the new Director of the
Department of Liquor Control.
A 2/3 vote of the members present is necessary to hold an executive meeting,
pursuant to Section 92-4(a) of the Hawaii Revised Statues, as amended.

1. Interview Candidate Andrew Kouchi, Liquor Control Investigator III,
for the position of Director of the Department of Liquor Control
2. Interview Candidate Stacie Waltjen, Liquor Control Licensing Officer,
for the position of Director of the Department of Liquor Control
3. Interview Candidate Stephen Frendo, Liquor Control Investigator III,
for the position of Director of the Department of Liquor Control
