Brigham dated August 13, 2001, regarding concerns of the <br />Panaewa Farm Lots neighborhood such as speeding cars, boom boxes, and the police department not <br />acting on these concerns. <br />Correspondence 89 from Corporation Counsel Lincoln Ashida dated August 29, 2001, regarding <br />proposed evidence seminar by Judge Kimberly Frankel of the Oregon Circuit Court in November. <br />Correspondence 90 from Officer Kenneth Quiocho dated August 28, 2001, requesting legal counsel in <br />Complaint HPC 00 -11. <br />
