The Police Commissioners will be taken on a tour of the detention center and dispatch. Members
are to report to the training room prior to the tour.

To consider discipline and charges against officers or employees of the Hawai'i County Police
Department where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and a closed
session is requested and to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining
to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92 -5
(2) and Hawai'i County Charter Section 13 -20 (b).

• Correspondence 03 -11, from the Honolulu Police Commission, updating their current list of
members.
• Correspondence 03 -12, from Roger Christie, a written article from the Guardian on Jesus
using cannabis for healing.
• Correspondence 03 -13, from Roger Christie, a written article from the National Institute on
Drug regarding the effects of marijuana eradication on the ice problem.
• Correspondence 03 -14, from Roger Christie, a written article regarding a secret virus program
that produced 15,000 gallons of AIDS.
• Correspondence 03 -15, from the Fern Acres Community Association, regarding an illegal rear
access to and from Hawaiian Acres which has been open to traffic for years.

NEW BUSINESS
Correspondence 03 -17, Mayor Kim's request for the commission to discuss the location of the
commission's meetings.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
To consider discipline and charges against officers or employees of the Hawai'i County Police
Department where consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and a closed
session is requested and to consult with Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining

• Status Report of Complaints Referred to the Police Chief.
Investigation and Deliberation of Complaints.
Complaint HPC 02 -63: Complainant alleged that an officer confiscated her bracelet for
which she has a receipt.
Complaint HPC 02 -65: Complainant was arrested for violating a TRO. She alleged that
she should not have been arrested and should be reimbursed for costs incurred during the
incident.
Complaint HPC 03 -03: Complainant alleged that an officer harassed her by questioning
her about a vehicle accident three times in one night at her place of employment.
Complaint HPC 03 -04: Complainant alleged that while being questioned at the police
station, he saw a picture of himself with an unprofessional notation on it.
