Huihui stating that he was ambushed and attacked at his residence. • Correspondence 03 -33, copy of letter from Corporation Counsel to Rod Thompson of Honolulu Star Bulletin regarding his OIP complaint against the police commission for movement of the interview portion of the commission's meeting to another room within the police department. • Correspondence 03 -34, copy of letter from Carlotta Dias of the OIP to Rod Thompson of the Honolulu Star Bulletin stating that she had been advised that his issues in Correspondence 03 -33 have been satisfactorily addressed. • Correspondence 03 -35, copy of letter from Alan J. Pratt of West Hawai'i Crime Stoppers to the Hawai'i County Council regarding marked police vehicles.
