The Project Team is in receipt of your attached December 23, 2025 Section 106 Consultation letter and thanks you for your response. I am reaching out regarding the following recommendation from Page 2 of your letter(underlined below): Consultation with members of the public who use the space,the fishermen and gatherers of the ho'i'o (native fern)for example, is encouraged as it will help inform the impacts from this project. Provided for your reference is the mailing list that was used for the previous mail-out effort, Excel file "Kolekole_NHO_Mailing_List".
