2026 Site Visit Write-Up
(Optional)
Narrative and Statement of Need:
To date, all PONC site visit reports have been written using a variety of different organizational formats and
including various kinds of details about the individual properties. The kind of organization and choice of
property details have varied from writer to writer. However, it might possibly be more effective to compare
and contrast the various properties by using a standardized organizational format, one similar to the
format currently used in the Annual Report to the Mayor. This suggested format was chosen for its simple
organization and familiar examination of property details.
PLEASE USE ARIAL FONT SIZE 11
Advisory: This is an OPTIONAL Format. PING groups may choose NOT to use the format.
