APPLICANT'S REQUEST:
• To operate aone-bedroom bed and breakfast with a maximum of 5
guests and a wedding venue with a maximum of 10 guests
• A 205-square foot detached bedroom will provide overnight
accommodations for the bed and breakfast
• A temporary wedding arch will be located on a 962-square foot
area of the property and onsite parking will be provided
• Weddings will take place from 10 am to 6 pm Fridays through
Sundays
• Wedding guests will use the existing dwelling or a temporary tent
