1. INTRODUCTION AND SUMMARY
The Appellant, Claudia Rohr, respectfully moves for reconsideration of the Chair's
summary denial of the Amended Petition. This motion is based on factual error resulting in an
arbitrary exercise of authority. Appellant's amended pleading was filed ten (10) days before the
scheduled hearing fully satisfying the seven-day requirement of Board Rule 24(f). Despite
this compliance, the Chair denied the amendment by citing non-existent"scheduled filing
deadlines" and acting before the Appellees even responded. While Rule 3-1(b) grants the Chair
power to manage proceedings, this general authority cannot be used to arbitrarily strip a party of
a specific right granted by Rule 24(f).
