Commissioner Kaoiwi seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />PERSONNEL ORDERS <br />Commissioner Kaowi moved to accept Personnel Orders Nos. 2007 -085 to 2007 -091. <br />Commissioner Sumja seconded the motion, and it carried unanimously. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Commissioner Whittemore moved to accept the communications as listed.
