How to add a Location to your Application
The first step in the application process is to specify the location. This guide will walk
you through this step.
Specify Project Location
1. To begin, click on Add Location to specify the project location for this application.
2. Use the Location search to search for the property by address or TMK number.
Address Search tip:
• Do not include punctuations hyphens or periods
• Do not include suffixes (St., Ave., Rd.)
TMK Search tip:
• Enter the 12 digit TMK (exclude the island code 3)
• Do not include hyphens

3. Select the desired location from the list, then click the Add button to add the
location to the application.
If you are unable to find the project location using the search, please report the
issue via EPIC's Request Assistance form.

Location Review (GIS Check)
1. After you enter the project location, the system will automatically check the
County's Geographic Information System (GIS) for any special conditions that may
apply.
• The page may pause briefly while this review runs.
• Please wait a few minutes for the check to complete.
• You may continue once the GIS results appear or the Next button becomes
active.
2. If you made a mistake in your location selection, click on the Remove button to
delete it.
