Please stop the ridiculousness of this request. Agricultural land is land protected for
agricultural use. This man, Andrew Tepper, shows no respect for the processes in place toprotect our lands, attempting to not pay fines he has already received.
This is not what the land is designed for. Follow the rules that the county has set in place.If this festival is approved you have set a precedent that you will need to follow for others.
Please stop this man from throwing his money making festival that does not benefit ourisland.
