Firm Information Berlien & Co. is a Hawai‘i-based Owner’s Representation and Construction Management firm headquartered at 355 Hukilike Street, Suite 202, Kahului, Hawai‘i 96732. The firm provides construction management, owner’s representation, project leadership, procurement support, scheduling, estimating, contract administration, and project oversight services throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We believe in hiring locals on each island and have begun staffing with local Big Island people. Firm History and Staffing Berlien & Co. has provided professional construction and project management services in Hawai‘i since 2018. Our 5-year staff average is 10 employees, but our growth trajectory has been exponential. The firm currently maintains a staff of over 20 professionals across project management, construction management, estimating, and administrative disciplines. Berlien & Co. actively manages more than 100 projects with a combined construction value of approximately $500 million. 3.
