Constitution and the 1848 Mehele (Kanaka Land Trust). Within its Longitude and Latitude
Geographical Jurisdiction. The January 17, 1893 Queen Liliuokalani Protest against Nefarious
U.S. Minister Stevens, this has yet to make its way to the U.S. Supreme Court Article 3 Sec. 2
Clause 2 U.S. Constitution. Do this Hawaiian Kingdom Jurisdiction Protest to this illegitimate
Hawaii County et al., Planning Commission, Planning Dept., and Appeals Board, (Case No.
PL-INT-2025-011330), (Proposed Order Rejecting Defective Petition). The illegitimate 1959
Hawaiian Homes/Equal Footing State of Hawaii Land Use Commission et al.. This History and
the Rule of Law is all Hawaiian kingdom Jurisdiction over these Crown and Government Lands,
over 4.2 million acres. Over 2.2 million acres last Leased 1890 to 1920, (New York State Rifle &
Pistol Association v. Bruen).
The Continental Congress 1776/Northwest Ordinance July 1787 is limited to the Ohio River
Valley Indian Reserve. Sept. 17, 1787 U.S. Constitution Article 1 limited to the 13
Colonies/States. Article 4 Sec 3 Clause 2 is limited to the Ohio River Valley Indian Reserve and
other Indian Lands No Amendment, (Mabury v. Madison).
The 1875 Reciprocity Proclamation done by three nefarious U.S. Citizens Fish, Allen and Crater
in DC to directly apply the Northwest Ordinance to Colonize this Kingdom, (Sai v. Obama), (Sai
v. Trump).
The Hawaiian Kingdom Treaties term ended in 1897. Therefore all foreign Nationals here in this
Kingdom are nefarious illegal aliens, Jeffrey W. Darrow, Cathy Lewis, Rachel Able, John Kimura
and others whose names appear in the record. The 1875 Reciprocity Proclamation/Northwest
Ordinance July 1787 has No Amendment to apply to this Kingdom.
Page 3, Boards Findings, line 8. The Board does not have jurisdiction to evaluate the legitimacy
of the State of Hawaii or its legal subdivision, including the County of Hawai'i, as a legal entity.
In fact, this is because this geographical jurisdiction is all Hawaiian Kingdom sovereignty. The
jurisdiction question is raised ? You can't proceed until such time the question is answered
before a decision can be made. That's called the Rule of Law.
The 1840 Hawaiian Kingdom Constitution and the 1848 Mahele are being violated by the
illegitimate/fraudulent Hawaiian Homes/State of Hawaii et al. and the County of Hawaii et al..
