I am sending you notification of my petition per the County of Hawaii( CCH) Board of
Appeals( BoA).
The CoH BoA shall conduct a hearing on the Appeal of Decision by the Planning Director
May 13, 2026, at Hawai ʻ i County Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai ʻ i,
96720. This hearing is regarding Notice of Violation of an unpermitted Driveway (PL-
BOA-2025-000123).
