ORDER CONTINUING HEARING
PURSUANT to Board Rule 3-1, the Chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue
any hearing. Chair Cathy Lewis has continued the hearing in this matter for sixty (60) days to
allow the Board sufficient time to review the parties' legal memorandums and pre-hearing briefs.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday,April 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.,
at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 75-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
Any further comments or objections by the parties are due no later than February 27,
2026.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board ofAppeals Rule 8-11(d). If the Board 's unable to hold the
contested hearing on April 10, 2026,Appellant shall re-issue the required notice for any
subsequent date in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
