ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
As of April 1, 2026, the Board has not received filing of the notice of hearing pursuant to
Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d) for this case. PURSUANT to Board of Appeals Rule 3-1(c), the
chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing. The Chairperson is granting a
continuance of the hearing to provide the Appellant an opportunity to comply with Board of
Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, June 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.,
at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 75-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway,Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d). If the Board is unable
to hold the contested hearing on June 12, 2026,Appellant shall re-issue the required notice for
any subsequent date in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
