Hi,
The Planning Director would like to request a one-week extension to June 24th to file the completed ROA
for these two cases. While the number of documents is relatively small, the number of pages is
especially large and assembling the ROA is a time-consuming task. The Planning Division is short-
handed and unable to meet the original deadline. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank
you.
Also, please note that my legal clerk has changed from Noah Agustin to Leon Sewell.
