I will confirm the Director's availability for either October or December. Unless he is unavailable,
we are open to either date,with December being slightly more convenient. I will email later this
afternoon confirming the Director's calendar. Either way,we are fine with a continuance from
August to a later date.

Hello Mr. Simon,
I am counsel for the Board of Appeals. How much time were you looking for? The Board meets
on the approximately the 2nd Friday of every month, alternating between Hilo and Kona
locations. The next available date scheduled to be in Kona after Friday, August 9, 2024 at 9:30 a.m
is October 11, 2024 and December 13, 2024 respectively.
Once I know your requested time frame, I will deliver your request to the Chair.

Thank you for acknowledging the two Petitions filed on behalf of 1250 Oceanside, LLC last week.
The acknowledgment letters set a hearing date for both Petitions on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 9:30
a.m. Due to a scheduling conflict, I would like to request that the hearings on both Petitions be
rescheduled to a later date.
I have discussed rescheduling the hearings with counsel for the Planning Director,Jean Campbell, and
have copied her here as well.
