Thank you for providing the additional link. Unfortunately, both our IT department and I are still getting
errors using that link and EPIC. See the screenshots below.
In light of our inability to access the ROA for PL-BOA-2024-000104, I am requesting a one-day
extension from the date the ROA is accessible to file objections to the ROA on behalf of 1250
Oceanside, LLC. Counsel for the Planning Director and Intervenor are copied here. I request that both
confirm that they have no objection to providing additional time to review the ROA.
