Attached is a Stipulation Regarding Consolidated Hearing Procedures signed by counsel for Appellant 1250 Oceanside,

It is unclear to me whether this should also be uploaded to EPIC, as I did not see a document category for stipulations. If

STIPULATION REGARDING CONSOLIDATED HEARING PROCEDURES
Pursuant to Part 8 of the Board of Appeals Rules of Practice and Procedures, Appellant
1250 Oceanside LLC ("Appellant"), Intervenor C & J Coupe Family Limited Partnership
("Intervenor"), and Appellee Zendo Kern, as Planning Director, County of Hawaii ("Appellee"),
stipulate as follows:
1. Pursuant to Rule 3-10, the parties stipulate to consolidate the case presentations in PL-
BOA-2024-000104 and PL-BOA-2024-000105.
2. To ensure a clear record, the parties shall make reference to the specifics of Appellee's
orders by case number during their consolidated presentations.
3. The order of presentation shall be: Appellant, Intervenor, then Appellee.
