Due to the volume of cases set for hearing on March 13, 2026, Cathy Lewis, Chair,
continued the hearing for this appeal for two (2) months. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals
Rule 3-1(c), the chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, May 15, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at
the Hilo Council Chambers, Suite 1401, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for April 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., via Zoom.
The Zoom invite will be e-mailed to all parties closer to the date of the pre-hearing conference.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
