ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
PURSUANT to Board of Appeals (hereinafter"Board") Rule 3-3, a virtual pre-hearing
conference was held on November 4, 2025. Toren K. Yamamoto, Esq.,Attorney for Appellant

appeared via Zoom.
On November 4, 2025,Appellee requested a six (6) month continuance in this matter,
currently scheduled for December 12, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.Appellant had no objection to the
continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1(c), the chairperson of the Board
may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, June 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.,
at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 75-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway,Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom.
The Zoom link will be e-mailed to all parties closer to the date of the pre-hearing conference.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
