That Exhibit 4 is a true copy of a January 3, 2024 Letter to the Windward Planning Commission I wrote RE: Testimony WPC meeting January 4, 2024, agenda item: Planning Director's Report on SMA minor permits issued November 2023, concerning PL-SMM-2023-000054 for the subject property in this appeal. 5. That Exhibit 5 is a true copy of three Beach Trail Maps provided to me in response to a UIPA request to the Planning Department. 6. That Exhibit 6 is a true copy of SMA assessment application No. PL-SAA- 2023-000193, provided to me in response to a UIPA request to the Planning Department. 7.
