ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
On March 14, 2023, Appellants requested a continuance of hearing from May 12, 2023,
to June 9, 2023, to allow additional time to discuss a settlement. Appellee does not object to the
continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals ("Board")Rule 3-1(c)the chairperson of the
Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday,June 9, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at
the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole
Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740,unless otherwise noticed. The pre-hearing conference
is scheduled for Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed to
the parties.
Appellants are further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board Rule 8-11(d).
