ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
On August 09, 2023, Appellant requested a 90-day continuance. Appellee does not
object to the continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1(c), the chairperson of
the Board may postpone or continue any hearing. Chair Aguiar granted Appellant's request for a
continuance.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, December 8, 2023, at 9:30
a.m., at the West Hawai'i Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 74-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i 96740, unless otherwise noticed.
A prehearing conference has been scheduled for November 1, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. via
Zoom. The Zoom invite has been e-mailed to all parties.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
