DPW and 1'o Processing have reached an agreement in principle;therefore,this email is a request to:
(1)vacate the Amended Scheduling Order, dated 11/15/23; and
(2) continue the hearing date by three months (the hearing is currently scheduled for January 12, 2023; a three months
continuance would push the hearing to April, 2024).
Could 1'o Processing please respond to this email, confirming that it agrees to the request above:to vacate the
deadlines/Amended Scheduling Order and to continue the hearing for 3 months?
