ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
Appellant and Appellee have agreed to vacate the Amended Scheduling Order filed on
November 15, 2023, and continue the hearing for ninety (90) days. Appellant does not object to
the continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals (hereinafer"Board") Rule 3-1 (c), the
chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday,April 12, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
at a Kona location that is to be determined.
A pre-hearing conference is scheduled for March 05, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. via Zoom. The
Zoom invite has been e-mailed to all parties.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11 (d).
