At the pre-hearing conference, all parties agreed to a continuance in this matter.
ACCORDINGLY,this matter shall be continued to Friday,October 11,2024, at 9:30 a.m.
at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, 75-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway,
Building A,Kailua-Kona 96740, unless otherwise noticed.
A pre-hearing conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. by
Zoom. The Zoom invite will be emailed to all parties.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required
to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11 (d).
