FIRST AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER
On September 24, 2024, Ian Wesley-Smith, Esq.,Attorney for Appellant I`O
PROCESSING COMPANY, INC., dba I`O PROCESSING COMPANY, requested a one-week
extension of the filing deadlines for the exhibits, responsive exhibits, and witness lists. Sinclair
Salas-Ferguson, Deputy Corporation Counsel,Attorney for Appellee STEPHEN M. PAUSE,
DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, had no objection to Appellant's request for
the extension.
PURSUANT to Board Rule 3-1, the chairperson of the Board has the authority to fix the
time for the filing of briefs, and take all of the actions authorized by law that are deemed
necessary for the orderly and just conduct of a hearing. Pursuant to this rule, the chairperson
enters this First Amended Scheduling Order as follows:
1. Appellant and Appellee's deadline for exhibits is hereby extended from September
25, 2024 to October 02, 2024, by 4:30 p.m.
2. Appellant and Appellee's deadline for responsive exhibits is hereby extended from
September 27, 2024 to October 04, 2024, by 4:30 p.m.
3. Appellant and Appellee's deadline for witness lists is hereby extended from
September 27, 2024 to October 02, 2024, by 4:30 p.m.
All other deadlines/items in the Scheduling Order dated September 11, 2024, remain in
full force and effect.
The chairperson, for good cause, reserves the right to further amend the Scheduling
Order. Finally, if the October 11, 2024, hearing is continued in this matter, the deadlines set forth
herein shall be reset.
