requested a thirty (30) day continuance in this matter, currently scheduled for November 15,
2024 at 9:30 a.m. Ian R. Wesley Smith, Esq., and Patrick Wong, Esq.,Attorneys for I`O
PROCESSING COMPANY, INC., dba I`O PROCESSING COMPANY, had no objection to the
request for a continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1 (c), the chairperson of
the Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, December 13, 2024, at 9:30
a.m. at the West Hawaii Civic Center, 75-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona,
Hawaii. 96740.
A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for November 06, 2024, at 10:00 a.m .via
Zoom. The Zoom invite has been e-mailed to all parties.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11 (d).
