Hi BOA,
The parties are close to resolving this matter and have agreed to continue the December hearing date;therefore,
the parties jointly request that the hearing be continued to February 14, 2024, in Kona.
As agreed previously, I will not object to the issuance of subpoenas for Kelly Wilson, Kehau Dumaguin, Chris
Domino, and Joel Fitzgerald.

Hi BOA,
The parties are moving towards resolving this matter and have agreed to continue the November hearing date to
December 13, 2024;therefore,we jointly request that the hearing be continued to December 13, 2024. If the
request for a continuance is granted, Ian will submit to the BOA requests for witness subpoenas for Kelly Wilson,
Kehau Dumaguin, Chris Domino, and Joel Fitzgerald, and I will not object to those requests.
