requested a two (2) month continuance in this matter, currently scheduled for December 13,
2024, at 9:30 a.m. Ian R. Wesley Smith, Esq., and Patrick Wong, Esq.,Attorneys for I`O
PROCESSING COMPANY, INC., dba I`O PROCESSING COMPANY, had no objection to the
continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1 (c), the chairperson of the Board
may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday,February 14, 2025, at 9:30
a.m., at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 75-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway,Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, 96740.
A prehearing conference has been scheduled for January 07, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.
The Zoom invite has been emailed to all parties.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11 (d).
