ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals (hereinafter"Board") Rule 3-3, a virtual pre-
hearing conference was held on January 15, 2025. Ian R. Wesley-Smith, Esq.,Attorney for

Counsel, Attorney for the Board of Appeals, and Scott Trefethen, Chair, appeared via Zoom.
On January 15, 2025, Appellant requested a two (2) month continuance in this matter,
currently scheduled for February 14, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Appellee had no objection to the
continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1 (c), the chairperson of the Board
may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday,April 11, 2025, at 9:30 a.m.,
at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 75-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, 96740.
A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for March 04, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via
Zoom. The Zoom link has been e-mailed to all parties.
Appellant is further ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons
required to be notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11 (d).
