ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
The Board was notified by the Office of County Clerk that the County Council Chambers
is not available due to County Council holding Special Finance Committee hearing on April 11,
2025, to last all day. Additionally, the Board was notified by the Directors of the Department of
Public Works and Planning Department that neither would be available on April 11, 2025, to
attend the Board of Appeals hearing. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1 (c), the
chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to June 13, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the
West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers,Building A at 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole
Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
A pre-hearing conference shall be scheduled for May 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.. The Zoom
invite will be emailed to all parties closer to the date of the pre-hearing conference.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
