ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF HEARING
PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals (hereinafter"Board") Rule 3-3, a virtual pre-

Counsel,Attorney for the Board of Appeals, and Cathy Lewis, Chair pro tem, appeared via
Zoom.
Appellant and Appellee requested a continuance in this matter scheduled for June 13,
2025, at 9:30 a.m. Chair pro tem Lewis granted the parties'request for a continuance.
PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1 (c), the chairperson of the Board may postpone or
continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to August 08, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the
West Hawaii Civic Center, Council Chambers, Building A at 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole
Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740.
A pre-hearing conference shall be scheduled for July 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.. The Zoom
invite will be emailed to all parties closer to the date of the pre-hearing conference.
Appellant is ordered to mail a notice of the new hearing date to all persons required to be
notified in accordance with Board of Appeals Rule 8-11(d).
