Commissioners and members of the public may participate in this meeting via the Zoom ICT platform. All commissioners participating,via TCT must have their cameras on throughout the meeting. A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to thirty(30) minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all members participating in the meeting or with the"in-person"location identified in this agenda. The meeting may reconvene when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this section within thirty(30) minutes after an interruption to communication,the meeting shall be automatically terminated. Revocation of the following Certificates of Public Convenience&Necessity due to the failure to obtain a taxicab license for the current year within thirty days after the certificate is granted. 1. MASS TRANSIT ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Follow up: • Discussion on the shared ride taxi program and invoice audits of the participating taxi companies • Update on Mass Transit Agency's Battery Electric Bus charging station • Update regarding the improvement of bus stops and bus shelters islandwide • Purchase of 7 refurbished MCI buses. The I"bus arriving in June 2026 and remaining vehicles to arrive in the months to follow New report: • Jennifer Martin's new role as the Assistant Administrator effective April 2026 • Mass Transit Agency participated in HCC's College Day in April 2026 • Transit Program Manager for the Micro Transit Program and an Administrative Assistant position to be posted on the County of Hawai'i's Jobs website County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. • Mass Transit Agency's Paratransit/Demand Response Transit Program Manager attended the APTA Mobility Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah in May 2026 • Implementation of a new fleet, facility, and complaints management system with Spare Labs • Mass Transit Agency's base yard expansion of 4-5 acres for additional bus parking • Hurricane/Tsunami Protocol Collab with Mass Transit Agency's contractors in June 2026 6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS • Commissioners may suggest items they would like placed on the next agenda. 7.
