On June 17, 2026, Sinclair Salas-Ferguson, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Attorney for
Appellee STEPHEN M. PAUSE, DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
("Appellee") and Ian R. Wesley -Smith, Esq., Attorney for Appellant I`O PROCESSING
COMPANY, INC., dba I`O PROCESSING COMPANY ("Appellant") jointly requested a sixty
(60) day continuance in this matter, currently scheduled for July 10, 2026. Chair Lewis granted
the parties' request for a continuance. PURSUANT to the Board of Appeals Rule 3-1(c), the
chairperson of the Board may postpone or continue any hearing.
ACCORDINGLY, this matter shall be continued to Friday, September 11, 2026, at 9:30
