CALL TO ORDER: <br /> On May 11, 2026, the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission <br />(PONC) meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chair Chang, who welcomed all in attendance <br />and introduced the Commissioners and PONC Staff. STATEMENT(S) FROM THE PUBLIC: <br />Chr.
