Objective of the Request: If the requested land use entitlement change is approved, the applicants propose to subdivide the subject parcel into two ( 2) lots, consisting of a minimum of one (1 ) acre each, allowing two family members to construct asingle-family farm dwelling on their respective lots. Such i rements shall be A ten ( 10) foot wide future road widening setback along the property' s White Road frontage shall be delineated on plat maps submitted for the subdivision of the subject property. Upon the request of the Department of Public Works, the applicant, it' s successors or assigns shall subdivide the land encumbered by the future road widening and shall dedicate it to the County of Hawaii at no cost. All required building setbacks along White Road shall be measured from the future road widening line and not from the existing property boundary PLANNING DIRECTOR' S RECOMMENDATION PROVIDE A FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION WITH CONDITIONS TO THE COUNTY COUNCIL FOR PL-REZ-2026-000099
